T1200 lists width ≤8 m, projection ≤12 m and area ≤72 m². These limits apply together. Multiplying the two largest dimensions gives 96 m², which exceeds the brochure area limit.

Test the area before requesting a quote
As preliminary arithmetic, 8 × 9 m and 6 × 12 m both equal 72 m²; 8 × 12 m equals 96 m². The first two pass only the stated dimensional screening, not final engineering approval.
Treat a larger footprint as a layout problem
For a larger terrace, ask for a multi-module proposal with explicit bay widths, shared supports and drainage. Dividing area on paper alone does not establish a workable structural arrangement.
Keep the limit in the purchase order
Record the chosen module dimensions and the source page with the approved drawing. If a supplier offers a configuration outside the brochure, request its own supporting specification rather than silently overriding the limit.

See model detailsBefore you approve the order
- Confirm model, overall width, projection and the drawing revision in one written order.
- Match mounting parts, fabric reference, finish and controls to the quotation; document any substitution.
- Agree delivery contents, site-work responsibilities, operating instructions and the service contact.
