Send a front view, side view, fixing-surface close-up and a sketch with width, projection and height. Add the installation location and quantity. Clear site information helps separate product selection from unanswered installation questions.
Photograph the boundaries
Include both ends of the wall, windows above and the ground beneath. A close-up of only the intended roof area hides downpipes, door swings and access restrictions. Add a side photograph showing the proposed projection.
Mark measured dimensions
Use one unit, preferably millimetres, and name each dimension. For folding roofs, add front and rear heights and the intended motor side. Photographs explain the setting; they do not replace measurements or a checked fixing specification.
Keep one project brief
Send the location, intended use, quantity and preferred product with the photos. Keep the same project name when following up by WhatsApp, WeChat or email. Record revised dimensions so an older image is not mistaken for the final order.
